I love dutch braids,

but I can't braid to the scalp.

HELP!!

This is a look that I often found myself using when I wanted to be lazy, or wanted to achieve some nice wavy hair. After using this style a few times, I realized I could definitely wear this out and about. It's a more subtle look to the popular dutch braid look. Being that I don't know how to braid to the scalp this style was ideal for me since I actually love that style. I sometimes will add in hair extension clips to have longer braids  to exaggerate the look a bit.  Click below to watch how I achieve this easy style. HOW EASY WAS THAT?

For me this is probably one of my easier and less time consuming styles. I achieved this after doing a blowout, but you can definitely do it on naturally curly hair. The outcome may not be as smooth but it really depends on your hair texture and how smooth your curls brush out. Give this a try and let me know how it works for you.
