BARCELONA ES BAE
I finally made it back to my second favorite city in the world. Even when it's high season and all you see are tourists around, its beauty still showers over it all.
It was breezy but sunny, with an occasional light rain shower during our stay. We stayed at La Casa Del Sol, which was a gorgeous, hidden gem in Placa del Sol! The hotel was about a 15 min tram ride to the city center and its modern vibe made it a nice find that I would recommend to everyone... The roof top pool was also a plus!

I've always wanted to go to a romantic city with a significant other. This summer I was so lucky to be able to do so. Stephen and I walked the streets and made it our mission to get lost for three days. We weren't super strict on planning things to do; wandering together worked just fine.
Last time I visited Barcelona I went completely blank; I couldn't remember anything. Surprisingly, I was better at speaking Spanish this time around. Yay me!

I'm working on learning to cook and we like to eat. As a result, we decided to sign up for a class to learn how to make Paella. That was one of our best decisions during the trip.
We had a tour through the market where the instructor purchased all of our ingredients and from there we walked through the streets to his cooking studio to start the class.
P.s. I have a lot of footage that you can feast your eyes on in an upcoming vlog!
